Floral Thanks


Love this Curly Label set from Clear and Simple Stamps -- makes a nice little background.

Paper:  Neenah Solar White (the better to hand cut)
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo, Mama Elephant Sunshine, Versamagic Tea Leaves, Hero Arts Cantaloupe
Other:  detail scissors, Glossy Accents, adhesive, paper trimmer, sleep

  2. Wonderful vivid colors, and the border (perfect contrasting color) really punches up the design. I like the Glossy Accents flower center -- gives the impression of dimension without being too much. Love that!

  4. Now this is just the perfect card to have in your stash for when you need a quick thank you note. Love the simplicity of the design, but there is enough texture and interest from the different patterns of stamps - loops on the frame, dots on the leaves, scallops on the petals. At first glance it looks like a flower in a frame, but a second glance reveals the subtle stamping genius of Joan. And the trademark hilarious zinger in the supplies section! I love your posts :-)

  6. Hey Joan B! what a fun card! that frame almost looks like you doodled it yourself! Great colors with the bright yellow bloom mixed with the blue and green!
